		<description>The sign up page gives no clue to potential users that only US, Canadian and Indian credit cards seem acceptable to Google.  Why offer a category "US and International" and balk  the sign up simply because I can only give a European telephone number.  More honest to up front that people with European addresses and telephone numbers are not welcome.</description>
