I'm still planning to update theme. The next update will be for 2.7 since this is what I'm using at the moment and planning to upgrade my blogs to it. @NSpeaks I noticed the problem with custom search since I'm using it as well. I am planning to use your theme for my blog. BTW If we use Google custom search button at bottom, your theme is not compatible with it since Google results allow only page of 795px and wide.
